		<description>Thank you very much for your reply. The lymph nodes are outside the bladder.  I did ask the doctor about that. My husband is now doing the chemo treatments and then the surgeon wants to remove the two lymph nodes, the prostate, and the apendex.  Why wouldn&#039;t they take the bladder. The doctors have said this is a high grade cancer and is probably a stage 4.  He has one more cycle of chemo and then they will schedule another petscan.  I just don&#039;t understand why they are not planning on taking the bladder.</description>
